5 Summer Outfits Inspired by Parthenope
I love a movie that’s cinematically magnificent, transporting you to a place you’ve never been but quietly enjoy for a few hours. I have been looking forward to Paolo Sorrentino’s Parthenope after seeing the scene in which she’s wearing nothing but jewel-encrusted ecclesiastical chains. The film's costume designer worked with Saint Laurent so it’s no surprise that I was mesmerized by the wardrobe. As the plot line and the character evolves, we see her closet do the same. While there were many scenes with exquisite detailing, a few outfits stood out and it reminded me how many missed opportunities I had to style a bikini. For the cinematography and fashion lovers, this one can’t be missed.
