The color is quickly taking over my Pinterest boards and closet. As a neutral girly, I have (had) an aversion to color in the past but quickly fell in love with butter yellow and it all started with a set from Sezane.

Although it works well with pretty much anything, my favorite way to wear the latest trendy color is to match it with whites, browns, greys, and blue denim. Think of it as a neutral beige but with a little bit of edge. Wear it with outfits that you would normally style with a beige accent but substitute it with a butter yellow for a colorful spark perfect for spring and summer. It's also an excellent option for those who don't want to take a major risk with a "loud" color or print. It's different enough to mix up your wardrobe, but not so drastic that it comes across as insincere. Unbeknownst to me, apparently it’s my color (or so you guys tell me :D)
